Tragedy as man dies following Neston collision, police are appealing for witnesses
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident
Following a collision in a Neston Sainsbury’s parking lot, a 94-year-old man passed away.
Shortly after, a Mitsubishi Shogun collided with the man, who was a local, as he was crossing the Brook Street parking lot entrance.
He was taken to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital with serious injuries but passed away
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident.
Insp Liz Cunningham said: “We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact police, in particular the driver of a BMW who offered his assistance at the scene, in order for us to progress with our investigation.”
