Following a multi-car collision on Thursday that shut down the A47 in Norfolk for more than six hours, a woman is listed as being in “serious condition”.
Between the North Tuddenham junction and the Honingham roundabout, the dual carriageway was closed in both directions.
According to a spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service, they received a call at 14:50 BST, and they sent a woman to a hospital for additional care.

On Thursday, the road reopened in both directions, and Norfolk Police have made a request for additional details.

At 14:43 BST, a blue Ford Fiesta headed towards Dereham collided with a silver VW Golf and then a silver VW Transporter van, resulting in the need for police intervention.
A representative for the police department stated: “The driver of the Fiesta received serious injuries and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital where she remains in a serious condition.”
Incident files state that Dereham and Carrow fire departments used hydraulic equipment to secure the area and free people from their cars.

There were also three ambulances, an ambulance officer car, and an ambulance from East Anglian Air Ambulance there.
